We were on Market Street! Did you see us? SFFM was chosen by the San Francisco Arts Commission to participate in the Art in Storefronts Project. Our exhibition “Celebrate Film In San Francisco!” was at 989 Market, directly across from The Warfield.

The San Francisco Film Museum is the first organization dedicated to celebrating this shared history, the mutual influence of the land, its people, its film. Drawing upon the greater Bay Area educational and filmmaking community, the SFFM was created to honor, archive, and document the rich history of our film culture. A designated 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, we will be the only museum in the United States dedicated solely to feature film and digital media.
